THE HUMAN TONGUE IN SUCCESSFUL MARRIAGES
The tongue is one of the most important organs that the human body has. It is one of the small organs but very useful. The tongue is located within the mouth cavity. A cavity simply means a space. Biologically the tongue is a very important tool; it is used to taste food. It has sections which taste sweetness, saltiness, bitterness and sourness of foods and drinks. If what we are taking in is not good, there is always a response which tries to reject it.

The tongue is used also to kiss. People (loved ones) use it to express love to one another. I hope this is not very new to you my reader.

The human tongue is so useful in communication because it aids speech. Slow speakers usually have a challenge with their tongue. Without a tongue you can speak. May be you can simply be bubbling.
I would like now to open your mind on the way you use your tongue: - ladies and gentlemen, we all stumble in many things, but if any one of us does not stumble in a word, he/she is a perfect person. That person has the power to direct his/her body.
 If we put a bit in the horse’s mouth, it will obey us and we are able to turn its body any way we want.
If you look at the ships; even though they are very large vessels and are driven by strong winds, they are simply turned by a very small rudder whenever its pilot desires to turn it.

Likewise is the tongue; it is a small member but can boast very great things. You know the greatness of a forest; but a little fire can burn it to ashes. The tongue too is like a fire; it is a world of iniquity. The tongue is so set among other body organs for if defiles the whole body and sets on fire the course of nature.

The birds of the air, the reptiles and other beasts of the land, and the creatures in the sea are easily tamed by human kind; but no man can tame the tongue. The tongue is an unruly evil; it is full of deadly poison.
Look at this: - with the tongue, we bless our God and father, and with the same we curse men who have been made by the same God.

Out of the same mouth, proceed blessing and cursing. My friends reading this message, these things ought not to be like this. Does a spring send forth (out) fresh water and bitter from the same opening? Or can a fig tree, my friends bear olives or a grapevine bear figs? Therefore no spring gives both salty and fresh water at the same time.

Who is wise and understanding among you friends? Let him/her show by good conduct that his/her works are done in meekness of wisdom.

As used to taste the sweetness of juices and foods, the sweet words that flow from the mouth of a good man or woman in a marriage generate peace and love in a family relationship. Sweet words spoken give meaning to life.
The words spoken in a marriage relationship need to be seasoned well. Like salt good words spoken in the right place and time to the right person yield very nice results. Salt is meant just to be sufficient; not so much and never too much. It should simply be sufficient. Refusing to talk to your marriage partner destroys you relationship and again over talking may lead you into trouble. Lovers, put your word where it fits.

 Bitterness and sourness on the side of speech have never been desirable to any of us. They are on the negative side of speech. Whoever has had an experience with a bitter person has regretted it. These two; bitterness and sourness when used, they indicate the hard side of someone.
